Professional Profiles
a more or less detailed account of our professional experience

Mr. Eric Holter graduated from Rhode Island School of Design. Majoring in Illustration with a focus on wood engraving and letter-press printing he wonders how in the world he ended up as a web developer. As studio manager at Pagano Schenck & Kay, and Leonard/Monahan advertising agencies, he gathered his skills in computer graphics and internet technologies. Now, aside from an occasional wood engraving, he engraves in pixels and prints in bits.

Mr. Stephen Douglas Brock, also a RISD grad in illustration, has been working on Macintosh computers since their inception way back in 1984. Most recently, as an Art Director at Read Tatulli and Purdy in Providence RI, he handled design and production on numerous projects from magazines to trade show graphics, print ads to outdoor.

A native of fair Rhode Island, Mr. Joshua Marketos toils in the web mill as programmer extraordinaire. Before taking his place in the Newfangled assembly line, he worked with Opal Data Technologies where he designed and developed network databases and hypertext applications. This University of Rhode Island graduate is also the author of the bestselling book "The Java Developer's Toolkit: Techniques and Technologies for Web Programmers." In addition to hand-crafting code with the skill and loving eye of an artisan, Mr. Marketos also serves as Director of Research and Development for the AS220/SMT project, a state-sponsored Internet and computer education facility in Providence.
Jim

Mr. Jim Hendrickson, also a Rhode Island native has a computer science degree from Rhode Island College and brings his self-taught, finely honed web and graphic design skills to the Newfangled factory. He gained most of his web experience creating his own web site as well as one for his amateur astronomical society known as Skyscrapers.

Mr. Andrew Larratt-Smith is a native of the perilous northern wildness known as Canada. He apprenticed in the craft of Computer Science at Yale University, in the industrial boom town of New Haven, CT. Upon graduation he remained in New Haven, toiling to maintain the computer systems in the bowels of the Yale School of Architecture. Hearing the call of the wild, he drifted northwards, and now plys his trade as a code-slinger.

Christopher Carlin Fox brings his considerable talents as an Account Manager to Newfangled Graphics Co. Having studied at Emerson College in Boston, he fought his way through some to the roughest-toughest film, television and theater projects around. Spending several years in the Internet frontier of California, he toiled on large scale web projects for film studios and entertainment giants perfecting his skill for organizing projects and client service. Returning to his family and friends in Rhode Island, he now gives our clients the highest degree of customer service and attention.
