You pay for your electric bill, which averages between $25 and $75 per month depending on use, but hot water, gas for the heat and AC in the unit, internet, sewer and trash collection are included in the rent. We do not provide parking. It is a non smoking building. NO dogs, cats OK.
You are in walking distance to the bus and train stations, many downtown amenities around the corner, not to mention AS220 FOO(D), Bar and Performance Space, as well as the Printshop and Labs in the same building you live in.
