  1. Start by choosing either "View the Reservation Calendar" or "View My Reservation Calendar":

  2. Each link in step 1. brings up a similar view. If you choose "View My Reservation Calendar" skip to step 4. The image below shows the Group Calendar view. On this calendar we can see all reservations by different users:

  3. Notice the drop down menu just above the main big calendar. This drop down selects among the various calendar's available (e.g. Monitor, Silkscreen, Etching, etc). In the example below, we choose the Etching view:

  4. Once you have the calendar you want to view, or are viewing your personal calendar, you will see something similar to the image below. We have highlighted 3 areas of interest on this calendar view. The first [1] shows today's date (the 13th); you will notice a slightly darker and bolder square around this date. The second [2] shows a date with a reservation (the 16th). Note that this reservation could be for you or, if you are looking at the group calendar view, some other user in the system. Finally, [3] shows a date that we would like to make a reservation on (the 21st). You will notice that when you mouse over the number 21, it changes color and becomes underlined. To make a reservation on this date, click on it.

  5. After clicking on the desired date (from the previous step), we are brought to a new page, showing the week view, starting on the date we clicked on (in our case, the 21st). In this example, each day is split up into 3 slots, a 1:00pm, 5:00pm, and 9:00pm slot (the columns). We also have a row for each type of studio time that we have access to (in our case, Etching and Letterpress). Mouse over the box under the time slot you wish to reserve and in the row of the studio type you'd like to reserve. The time slot becomes green. In the example below we are booking the Etching studio for the 1:00pm time slot. Click on the green slot.

  6. Once you click on the green time slot, a window pops up confirming your reservation time. We have broken this popup into 3 numbered sections below. In the first, we see the "End time" with an associated date (the 21st as we choose above) and a drop down menu for the time. In this example time slot intervals are 4 hours so we have selected 1:00pm to 5:00pm. In the second section, we have the option of setting a reminder about this reservation which will be emailed to us. To specify when to receive this email, use the drop down in box 2. Finally, when everything is setup how you want it, click the "Save" button as in box 3.

  7. After clicking "Save" the pop up confirms that it saved successfully as seen in box 1. You can then close the popup box. You'll notice in box 2 that our name now appears in the time slot we choose:
