Screen Printing is a fast process that is great for printing large images, flat layers of color/ink, sizable editions (for posters, ect) and on T-Shirts.

Traditional Lithography involves a stone or metal plate that accepts and repels ink / water. The image contained on the stone / plate is then transferred to paper by a lithographic press. The products of traditional lithography, known as lithographs, are known for their fidelity, great detail, flat quality of ink on the paper and rich tonality.

Offset Lithography is a modern, traditionally commercial process that allows an artist or designer to rapidly print hundreds or thousands of an image. Uses the principals of traditional lithography, but at rapid, mechanized speeds.
