The Patricia W. Edwards Memorial Art Fund was established 20 years ago to further the education of Rhode Island high school students studying painting and/or drawing. Awards will be given to students to take art lessons in two-dimensional art at Rhode Island nonprofit institutions (e.g., Rhode Island School of Design's Young Artist Program, AS220, etc.)

A simple two page application and 3-5 pieces of art work will get you in the running to take a workshop of your choice paid for by the scholarship from the Rhode Island Foundation.
