[tinysql] java programm

Hi!

I work at a java programm that transfers columns from
dbf-Tables to Oracle. The problem is that the columns
arrive in Oracle with deficiency. The letters like Ä,
Ü, Ö, which are in the words from dbf-columns,
become { , a , " in Oracle. Do you have any idee why?
