Subject: [Floor2] No outgoing Water Early Tuesday Morning!!

Hi All,
I have to have part of the sewer line repaired before it fails. 
It is being repaired Tuesday morning October 7th starting at 7am. It 
should take a couple of hours.

NO WATER CAN BE POURED, FLUSHED, DRAINED INTO THE DRAINS DURING THAT 
TIME!!!!!

Plan ahead and take your showers, use the toilet and wash your dishes 
before that time or wait until we are finished. The plumber certainly 
does not want to be on the receiving end of a flush!!
I will send an email and put a notice up on floor 3 when we are finished.

I will be out of the office spending post operative time with my mother 
from Wednesday October 8th through Tuesday October 14th.
Any emergencies will be handled by Xander and/or Lucie. Any non

Hi All,
We should have the Empire Street  furnace ready to fire up on Friday 
afternoon.
We have been trying to get the burner converted to gas but it is taking 
too long to get it done so we are going with oil for now but I have to 
have it cleaned first. That cleaning is scheduled to happen this Friday 
mid morning.
