Hello all,

As you all know, each resident contributes 5 hours per month to AS220 in 
some form or another. This is part of the way we keep AS220 affordable 
and help build community. We all pitch in. The ways that people have 
found to fulfill this are really quite broad. To help us keep track of 
everybody's contributions I have designed a form that you hand in when 
you pay the rent each month. Just write down what you did the /previous/ 
month ( not what you plan on doing in the upcoming month) and include it 
in your rent payment. I have passed out a few to each of you and we have 
more copies in the Dreyfus office, on the bulletin board on floor 3 at 
Empire Street and in the mailroom at the Dreyfus.

I am open to comments and suggestions as we move forward.
