Hey all,
Many of you have turned in your volunteer slips and I thank you for 
that. Really!!
Many of you have not so please do this and turn them in with your rent 
or if you forgot,drop them by the mailbox on Empire street in the 
Dreyfus mailroom or the office.
Remember you fill them out for the previous month.

We really need door volunteers!!! Especially on the busy nights. It's a 
nice and easy way to fulfill your time.
Remember I am not filling them out for you so please fill them out 
yourselves (not through email) and turn them in with your rent.

Subject: [Floor2] New Ecology Site Visit

Hello All,

New Ecology is a company we have hired to do an energy analysis of 
Empire Street. They are going to go through every nook and cranny in the 
building on September 5th starting at 8AM!!!
We will start at the bottom and work up so will hit floor 3 last.
BUT.... THEY NEED TO GO INTO EVERY ROOM ....so be prepared and 
forewarned. I will accompany them into every room on the 5th.

This is all leading towards new more efficient heating system that we 
hope to install before this heating season.
If we are able to get the contractors lined up in time you will be asked 
to grant access for installation as well and possibly for other 
contractors to see so they can bid on the job.
I will continue to give fair warning of our needs regarding access.
