Hi
There is now a designated mailbox at the Dreyfus where you can deposit 
rent checks or money orders. It is in the mailroom bottom right corner. 
It is labeled RENTS the slot is at the top. You can leave them there 
when the office is closed so it should make it more convenient for you.

Please do not leave cash in the mailbox.

If you do not have a checking account you can buy a money order there or 
deliver cash to the office.
