Hello all out there,
Here is the policy on the front door.

The door should be locked at 6:00 every night.

The crash bar has a hexhead key hanging to the right of the door on the
brick wall. The insertion point is around halfway on the front of the
bar. Insert the key and turn it with the crashbar closed. you may have
to push it once after locking it to engage the lock. I am happy to show
anybody how to lock it.

It is primarily the responsibility of Marie Popko and Jared Shaw to
lock the door at the end of the day. If they are not in it is their
responsibility to transfer that responsibility.
If there is a special class at night the instructor can make
arrangements to let students in. You can use the doorbells for that so
the door stays locked.

If anybody finds the door unlocked after 6:00 lock it.

I think that's it.
Susan
