[Floor2] doorbells

Hello All,
Tom Sgouros, a second floor studio tenant, and I have replaced all the 
buttons and the speaker on the outside doorbell/intercom panel.
We have tested a few on the second floor and they work. The door unlock 
function does not work at this point.
I do tend to state the obvious but the talk button must be depressed 
when speaking and the listen button to hear the reply from the street.
You may want to get together with somebody and try your intercom and 
doorbell out.
If anybody finds theirs doesn't work, please let me know.

parts and working with me on the installation!!!
