Well Hello There!
Get your coats on and go out, because its 10 degrees warmer, YeeHaw! I've
just got a couple of things to mention before we get on with this week's
events.
First off...Today January 30th @ 6PM at Monohasset Mill, there will be a
panel discussion, open to the public, in regards to "What happens when
freedom of expression, public standards and issues of censorship
collide?" Panelists include: Steven Brown, Paul Buhle, Umberto Crenca,
Randall Rosenbaum, Rick Schwartz, Judith Tannenbaum, and others. For
directions & map please visit www.galleryagniel.com or call 401-272-1522.
Then tonight at 9PM, we have the much awaited return of Cynthia Hopkins
and her band Gloria Deluxe! In addition to the already amazing lineup, we
are honored to have Fern Knight join the bill. You didn't know it could
only get better, did you...
Join us Wednesday February 5th at 8:30pm as the one, the only 11 yr.old
musical genius Maria Ventura takes the stage with her new band The
Vita-Tonics, who include some all star Providence musicians as
well. (psst...I heard that really cute guy Geoff Griffin is in the band
too.)
