CORPORATE SUMMARY

North Star Diamonds (OTC Pink Sheets: NSDM) is a successful, well-managed mining company that is focused on the discovery of commercial diamonds in one of the world's prime areas- Canada ! In 2004 Canada was ranked as the world's THIRD largest producer of diamonds by value, surpassed only by Botswana and Russian. Today Canada is recognized as one of the world's BEST areas for diamond exploration. As a matter of fact, industry giant DeBeers controls 50% of the global diamond market and budgeted $35 million for Canadian diamond exploration in 2004, an amount equal to 50% of their annual exploration budget!

Moreover, North Star has in corp orated a wholly owned subsidiary which offers one of the world's largest selections of diamonds to the public. All of their quality diamonds are graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), which guarantees their quality and characteristics. NSDM is now operating at a profit due to its global diamond sales and this profit is being used to finance the Company's extensive exploration program, thus minimizing or completely eliminating future share dilution!

NSDM now controls 121,808 acres of strategically located diamond claims in the most promising areas for diamond exploration in Canada . These claims were staked using Computer Enhanced Geological Imaging system that enhances the image of potential kimberlite pipes. The identification of kimberlite pipes is a significant step toward a successful exploration program and corporate management is highly confident that NSDM will make some significant commercial diamond discoveries. Their 2005 exploration program has now started and positive results are expected to be announced in the next few months. The low cost of open pit mining and excellent access enhances the potential for discovery of a very profitable diamond mine. As a matter of fact, t he recently discovered Ekati™ diamond mine in Canada by a competitor is projected to generate gross revenues of about $500 million annually over a 17 year life ($8.5 BILLION in total)!

It is no secret that some investors have gotten very wealthy with some fortunate investments in junior diamond stocks that had a big productive commercial diamond discovery. Obviously, diamond exploration is very speculative and carries with it a great deal of risk, but the rewards, if a major producing diamond site is discovered, can be immense. Simply stated, it can easily mean production potential of $500 million up to $3, $4, $5 Billion or more, which would send share prices soaring!

BOTTOM LINE:

There is no doubt that NSDM offers some huge upside potential from its current depressed price of just 2.3 cents. The Company is working in a prime area in Manitoba that is ripe with potential diamondiferous kimberlite pipes and is led by CEO Walter Stunder who has intimate knowledge of the area, and who has had major success in previous mining ventures. NSDM is positioned in front of a $50 billion retail diamond market and we clearly feel that investors in this stock have excellent potential for huge appreciation gains. This is an exciting, well-managed Special Situation with major appreciation potential!
