This lecture will look at a “mind game” created by Nick Smith, an independent videogame developer. Is what we call “digital media” actually dependent on digital technology, or is it something else entirely?

Bio: Allen Riley is a filmmaker and teacher. He graduated from the New York State College of Ceramics in 2012 with a MFA in Electronic Integrated Arts.

AS220 Media Arts Lecture Series immediately follows the AS220 Industries Open House every first Tuesday of the month at The Mercantile Building on Lucie Way.  Starting at 6pm, visit AS220 Industries– the Community Printshop, Labs, and Media Arts to find out more about workshops, resources, and membership (not to mention just having fun and hanging out).
