Youth Gallery: Roots & Rituals
AS220 Main Gallery presents Danger Dan Dubois's dark surreal visions mix it up with Corey Grayhorse's color saturated photos of carefully composed suffused with an element fashion and performance art. Meanwhile Alicia Preza's paintings & tin work tell of the struggle of immigrants coming to America.Andrew Gunnar Norquist exhibits paisley pattern paintings, a wry commentary on men's fashions & modernist cast concrete tiled wall pieces in the Project Space. "Pages of Possibility", is a project organized by Mary Geisser and Ann Schattle of artist books by children of the Fox Point Community Library are displayed by in the reading room. Ann and Mary will be leading a free children's book making workshop in the AS220's Project Space on Saturday May 15 at 2pm.
