AS220 Mission
We, the citizens of Rhode Island, associate ourselves for the purpose of providing a local forum and home for the arts, through the maintenance of residential and work studios, galleries, performance and educational spaces. Exhibitions and performances in the forum will be unjuried, uncensored and open to the general public. Our facilities and services are made available to all artists who need a place to exhibit, perform, or create their original artwork, especially those who cannot obtain space to exhibit or perform from traditional sources because of financial or other limitations.

Studio 308 Exhibition & Reception this Sunday, September 12th 4-7pm
While you are checking out AS220's new gallery shows this Sunday, remember to come by 131 Washington Street for a Residential Reception at the Mercantile Block! Take a tour, visit completed studios, perhaps even apply to move into a space this October! While on the tour visit Studio 308. Montana Blanco has curated this studio space with work from talented New England artists including: Cara Blaine, Ben Blanc, Joe Buzzell, Jill Colinan, Serena Elston, Joshua Enck, Fredericks & Mae, Corey Grayhorse, Chloris Lowe, Alee Peoples, Meg Turner, Matt Underwood, Ben Watkins and Pippi Zornoza. Refreshments will be served.
