The Mercantile Live Studios are gorgeous!  Join us for a Reception this Sunday and tour the just completed Live Studios on Floors 3 & 4 of the Mercantile.  Occupancy will begin on October 1st.  More than 50% of the studios have already been rented and some wonderful spaces are still available.

As a part of Sunday's reception we will be showcasing Studio 308, which has been enriched with works by local artists. The Mercantile Studio exhibition is curated by Montana Blanco.
