Ahh yes, the long, hot days of summer are upon us. We waited for it, and in the dead of winter, we wanted it. Now, we've got a heat wave we can be proud of! Take your drawings to the next level by engraving them directly into copper plates! This is a new and expanded version of our former Intaglio class and is an excellent introduction to many fundamental printing practices.

Ever wondered what we're up to in the FabLab? Want to build a bitchin electronic toy with no strings attached? Well this is your chance. Choose from a variety of mind bending kits and come by for an open kit night. No membership required, no shop time to buy. Pay for the kit, and that's it!

July 17 (1-4pm) & 19 (7-10pm) Advanced Laser Cutter $85
In this expanded course, learn everything there is to know about our beloved laser cutter. In two sessions, you will learn how to prepare and design a file in Inkscape, proper safety and cleanup procedures and, of course, how to use LASERS!

July 22 Open Screenprint Session 5-9pm $5 per screen
Stop by and pull some prints! No membership required, only a cursory knowledge of the silkscreening process. Only $5 per screen!

July 28 Antique Photo Printing Vol.2: VanDyke Brown 7-10pm $40
Give your photos that old-fashioned charm with Van Dyke Brown! This super simple photographic process turns ordinary photos into antique printed images in one darkroom session.
