Biography:
The gallery within AS220's Broad Street Studios represents the youth of Rhode Island (ages 14-21) in a totally unjuried and uncensored forum. Located on the lively 115 Empire Street, the Youth Gallery welcomes artists of all gender, race, sexual orientation and religious affliation.

The Broad Street Studio (BSS) employs and engages Rhode Island
youth in artmaking workshops, with an emphasis on those recently
released from the state's juvenile detention facility or in the
care of the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
