Board of Directors

There will be a couple of items at the next meeting that we will be teeing up for a board vote so am really hoping you all can make it. If not please let me know asap.

First of all Lucie will have an update on the Mercantile Project and will be seeking approval for the payment of historic tax credit fees for both the Mercantile and Empire Street Projects which are due May 15th.

Also we will have a discussion around our Vision Statement and will ultimate be seeking approval from the Board on it. Here is a document which incorporates our Vision, Mission, & Values Statements. As you may recall, the Vision statement was the last piece that was left to be done. Xander, Bert and I put a lot of focus on it over the last 2 months and we believe we now have a strong statement. Will be getting out an agenda by early next week so if anyone has topics that they would like to have addressed at the Board Meeting please shoot me a note.
