Make-Up Workshop with Artist in Residence Javier Hurtado

Learn how to transform your gender, make yourself look like a gnarled old witch or like you’ve been attacked by zombies just in time for Halloween – or any time!

AS220′s October Artist in Residence Javier Hurtado will lead this workshop in the 95 Empire dance studio – plenty of mirrors – on Saturday October 13th from 11 – 2. The cost is $25. Register for the workshop here.

2- Old age techniques.

3- Blood, Scars and Bruises.

These three basic techniques will be demonstrated on participants and participants will have the opportunity to practice techniques on one another.

Bring or wear a shirt that you don’t mind possibly getting some make up on and something to wash your face with after the workshop is done.

Make-up will be provided.
