FUTU FUTU

is a Providence, RI-based ensemble that plays an eclectic style of original dance music influenced by funk, R&B, reggae, highlife, Afrobeat, and traditional African polyrhythmic drumming. Led by Ghanaian singer and master drummer Obuamah Laud Addy, FUTU FUTU features musicians from a diverse array of cultural and stylistic backgrounds, and includes members from Africa, Ireland, the Carribbean, and several regions of the United States.
