Guests: Peter Costa of BankRI, who is interested in joining the board.

1) Steve: Call to order, 6:05pm

2) Director's Report

  * Muldowneys: Pending new ownership
    Joe Muldowney passed way.

    New buyer wishes to acquire Muldowney's, which may impact
    transfer of the lease.

    Bert will pursue amending the lease to strengthen our recourse in
    case of unacceptable activities in the space.??

3) Capital Campaign Update
  * Proposed Food Operator: Taqueria Pacifica
    Moving them to a lease; Lucie and Richard will email the lease and
    summary and ask for an electronic vote.
