Rental & Booking Policies
If you’re interested in using 95 Empire for an event, please take the time to check out our RATE SHEET.
Any events that are part of the 95 Empire Season operate on a door percentage.
Mon-Thu the rates are: The first $30 from the box office goes to house, the remainder is split 75/25 in favor of the artist.
Fri-Sun the rates are: The first $50 from the box office goes to house, the remainder is split 75/25 in favor of the artist.
To be included in our season program, we must receive your proposal at least one month in advance of your event or else they default to an hourly rental rate (see rate sheet). We can discuss events planned far into the future, but we do not sign contracts for events more than 3 months in advance unless it is for our Residence@95 program.
Dance Studio Rentals
Our third-floor dance studio is available for rehearsals, workshops and classes. Rehearsal rates and private rentals are listed on the rate sheet; classes may operate on a percentage.
